*This is a Sources Sought* Vendor must perform an in-house visit to Barksdale AFB, LA and conduct a thorough assessment of both on- and off-base traffic and parking areas to allow smooth flow of traff... *This is a Sources Sought* Vendor must perform an in-house visit to Barksdale AFB, LA and conduct a thorough assessment of both on- and off-base traffic and parking areas to allow smooth flow of traffic and parking for 30,000 air show attendees, to include all primary, secondary and tertiary parking lots, associated roads, and base entry points. Additionally, vendor must assess the air show spectator viewing area and personnel entry points into the area. Vendor must meet with base personnel, to include but not limited to security forces, civil engineering and other personnel as required by Air Show Ground Operations Director. Finally, vendor must prepare a detailed logistics plan including traffic flow assessments up to base, through base entry points, and to the parking locations. Additionally, an assessment of all viable parking locations is required including an optimized plan to flow vehicles into parking locations, as well as to deliver spectators to the air show viewing area. Finally, the plan must include all applicable resources (people, equipment, support) needed to execute the plan.
