The Army Mentor-Protégé Program is inviting applications from eligible Mentor Firms to assist small Protégé Firms, enhancing their capabilities as subcontractors and suppliers. This is a two-step process where white papers can be submitted at any time during the entire fiscal year, with evaluations occurring throughout that period. Mentor Firms with aligned white papers may be invited to submit technical and cost proposals, subject to the availability of program funds. The program aims to foster long-term business relationships and expand the small business industrial base to support the Army's mission.
