AMENDMENT 8 TO BAA AFRL-RIK-2016-0010 The purpose of this modification is to republish the original announcement, incorporating any previous amendments, pursuant to FAR 35.016(c). This republishing also includes the following changes: 1. Updates the Contracting POC throughout; 2. Funding Opportunity Description-removes Focus Area 2; 3. Section IV.1, updates the FY20 white paper due date; 4. Section IV.4.a. updated the Cost Sharing language; 5. Section IV.4, added paragraph f. regarding Human Use; 6. Section V.2, updated review and selection process language, deleted Adequate Price Competition language, renumbered FAPIIS Public Access paragraph and updated SAT to current threshold; 7. Section VI, deleted in its entirety and replaced as shown below; 8. Section VII: updated the OMBUDSMAN.
