The BAA was posted as a five year combined synopsis/solicitation with a closing date of September 30, 2019 for receipt and evaluation of initially submitted proposals. The BAA is being reoened on August 12, 2020 (via Amendment 02) and will remain open through August 28, 2024 to allow for the receipt of white papers.
