The 50th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential small business sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition that includes all contractor supplied management, labor, equipment, and materials to repair by replacing: 1) Existing transformers, CT-1, CT-4, CT-7, CT-2, CT-5, & CT-8, common generator grounding resistor, interconnecting lines, and grounding system in the transformer yard. 2) Eight roof mounted exhaust fans connected to seven wall louvers controlled by thermostats located in the power generation system area. 3) Existing synchronizers and load controllers for the generation system on Schriever AFB. See the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) dated 28 September 2018. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification. 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 6. Industry is encouraged to provide feedback, comments, or questions on the draft acquisition requirements.
