Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, equipment, material, supplies, replacement parts, and all things necessary for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Government-Owned Facilities and Equipment, Black-Warrior-Tombigbee and Alabama River Waterways Project, Alabama. Services are for a base year and four (4) one-year options. It is anticipated that a Hybrid Firm Fixed-Price Contract with Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Line Items to provide operation and maintenance of Government-Owned facilities and equipment by providing planning, supervision, administration, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and in some instances, subcontracts to meet work requirements. In general (not all inclusive), work will entail maintenance and/or repair of: buildings and structures; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and sewer systems; recreation areas, beaches, docks, boat ramps, lock and dams, equipment and vehicles, power plants, dredge material disposal areas, and other identified areas. Work will also consist of custodial services, grass mowing, floating debris removal, and aid to navigation.
