Request for Information (RFI) For Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) Air and Trade Shows PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information for the purpose of market research and procurement planning for the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO), via the Contract Management Division, Department of the Navy, Administrative Assistance (DON/AA). This is not a solicitation and a contract will not be issued from this announcement. GENERAL: NIPO has a recurring need for the securing of exhibit space at various international air and trade shows/expos for fiscal year (FY) 19 and beyond. Participation at these events if for the purpose of promoting awareness of the Navy's Security Cooperation programs, with an emphasis on its Foreign Military Sales. as well as host senior civilian and military official meetings with invited international distinguished visitors These events support the Department of Defense (DoD) Security Cooperation Mission and Enterprise-Wide Improvement Efforts with our allies and friends. , The locations for the international air and trade shows are pre-selected for each FY, but are subject to change. REQUEST: NIPO seeks to identify US Agent(s)/Integrator who has the authority to secure booth space at each trade show/expo identified in Attachment (1). In addition to the booth space, NIPO requires the agent(s) to execute the logistics of setting up these booths for use during the show; i.e. supervision, labor planning, design, engineering, equipment/furniture, written media displays, transportation, and ancillary services required for a turnkey operation for use of each booth for each respective trade show identified in Attachment (1). Agent(s)/Integrator(s) shall also have the capability to arrange commercial room/meeting spaces located at the trade show/expo site for individual break-out sessions. Interested parties are requested to provide the following; ? Identify the trade shows listed in Attachment (1) in which the vendor acts as the authorized US Agent/Integrator; ? Provide a description of services offered to trade show participants (as the prime and/or via subcontractors); ? Provide a current price list for the various service offerings ; and ? Indicate whether, or not, your company is registered in SAM RESPONSES: Responses must be received no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 21 March 2019. All responses shall be emailed to Antwain Johnson, Antwain.Johnson@navy.mil, with a courtesy copy to donaa_cmd_rqmts@navy.mil, with the following subject line: "NIPO Trade Show RFI Response".
