This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract for a target population of 20 NSNs for Aircraft Fuel Cells in FSC 1560. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. All items are expected to be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity fixed price contract utilizing FAR part 15. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. The proposed contract has a potential five-year duration which includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified awardee. Best value selection methods will be used. The Government may award multiple contract for this action. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov and DIBBs on or around December 5th, 2023. Attachments NSN list
