Aerobics-BPA
The requirement is to provide group aerobic and spin classes at the Peterson SFB Fitness Center, with the contractor supplying all personnel, equipment, and supervision for at least 15 classes per week over a calendar year. The government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) rather than a fixed contract, allowing authorized Government Purchase Card users to request services as needed. This BPA is only an agreement to provide services and does not obligate the government to make any purchases.
