Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a single-award IDIQ contract for abatement, repair, remediation, and minor construction projects primarily at Hill AFB, Utah, with some work at other sites in Utah and Wyoming. The contractor must furnish all labor and materials and be capable of having personnel on site at Hill AFB within two hours for emergencies, with a local office within a 50-mile radius. The government estimates the work volume to be between $250 and $9.9 million over a 5-year base period plus a 6-month option. The contract ordering period is five years plus an optional 6-month period, and the award will be based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation for a firm-fixed-price contract. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses.
