Sources Sought Notice – Renovate Squadron Operations, Building 25, Project AXQD232620, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA. This notice is for planning purposes and market research only. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to gain knowledge of the available vendor pool to determine: Interested vendors that have completed large renovation projects within the past 5 years with a magnitude of construction between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Interested vendors that have completed projects were Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) standards were an integral part of the project and were successfully completed within the past 2 years. Description of Proposed Construction: Repair and renovate Building 25 (approx. 25,000 sq. ft.) to meet requirements of ICD/ICS 705 and UFC 4-010-01. Provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, telecom, and fire suppression/detection system improvements. Furnish Intrusion Detection and Access Control System (IDS/ACS). Repair non-classified spaces to accommodate expanded secure space and to bring finishes, mechanical systems and electrical distribution up to current standards. Project will comply with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria using conventional design and construction methods. All interested vendors will provide this office with a complete Sources Sought Response form and may include supplemental supporting documentation of projects completed. Ensure to describe the type of project, the extent that ICD 705 standards applied to the project, dollar value, contract number, location, and Points of Contact. Indicate if you were the prime or a subcontractor. If you acted as a subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. Limit your supporting documentation to 5 pages (not including the Sources Sought Response form). Information shall be provided via email to: 104.FW.MSC@us.af.mil. Include the following in the subject line "Sources Sought Notice – Renovate Squadron Operations, Building 25". This is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing via email and submitted no later than November 19, 2025, at 2:00pm EST.
