INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division is seeking information regarding the capabilities of potential sources for support and supplies associated with the demolishment, evaluation, repair, testing, restoration, engineering, logistics, technical, and training support for the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS), Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar, and other integrated systems in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division. The intention of this sources sought is for market research purposes pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. PROGRAM BACKGROUND This requirement is a follow on to a sole source order (N00019-15-G-0003 5001) for Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) requirements to be placed under N00019-20-G-0007 for ATNAVICS, which is a highly mobile, self-contained, Tactical Airport Surveillance Radar and Precision Approach Radar system that provides Air Traffic Services at designated airfields and landing sites. This acquisition is for the procurement of material, tools, equipment, support, and facilities to perform system restorations, engineering changes/development, fleet support, and system retrofits. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES These efforts will include the services and supplies associated with the demolishment, evaluation, repair, testing, restoration, engineering, logistics, technical, fleet support, and training support for the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS), Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar, and other integrated systems in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested vendors should submit their capabilities statement in a document of no more than four (4) pages containing no smaller than ten-point font. This document shall demonstrate the capability to meet the required capabilities noted in this posting. Additionally, all responses shall include Company Name, CAGE Code, Address, Business Size, and Points-of-Contact (POCs) including name, phone number, and mailing address.
