This is a requirement for a highly specialized, turn-key recruiting and athletic pre-screening service for the TACP/ASOS pipelines. The contractor must provide a comprehensive commercial solution that includes targeted marketing, liability coverage, and fully managed event execution. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation without reimbursing offerors for any costs.
