NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO: LivingWorks Education USA, Inc. (UEI: U82QJJKKDTJ4, CAGE: 37JY6) The 21st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source service contract to LivingWorks Education USA, Inc. for the Applied Suicide Intervention Service Skills Training for Trainers (ASIST T4T) course to be taught to 10 personnel at Peterson SFB, CO. The ASIST T4T course allows for participants, upon completion, to become registered trainers and provide training of the ASIST course to personnel at Peterson SFB, CO. ASIST is solely offered by LivingWorks Education as it is their curriculum.Therefore, only those trained and certified by LivingWorks are able to become registered ASIST trainers via the ASIST T4T course to teach their ASIST course. Future requirements for suicide intervention may be able to satisfy Air Force requirements that do not require for Air Force personnel to be trained as ASIST Trainers. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training and the business size standard is $15.0 Mil. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. Vendors that believe they can provide the items listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this Notice of Intent.
