This requirement is for the rental of tents, tables, chairs and tent accessories to support the Open House, Star Spangled Salute Air and Space show on 27-29 June 2025 at Tinker Air Force Base. The Contractor shall: 1. Provide detailed cost pricing - at a minimum, pricing shall be broken out by materials and labor. 2. Include a PoP (period of performance) as a part of the proposal - PoP should account for (but is not limited to) the following: a. preparation and review of submittal(s) b. lead times and delivery c. work time d. potential weather delays (as described in Tinker AFB Specification Standards 00700) e. closeout document preparation and review f. scheduling/performing final inspections. The tents, tables and chairs will be used to support requirements of various support activities at the Open House. The Open House, Star Spangled Salute Air and Space show will have approximately 200K anticipated visitors for two days. The appearance and proper installation of the tents, tables and chairs must be of high quality and reliable. LOM (List of Materials) Three 10 X 20 tents top, concrete surface: requires water barrel tie down (brightly colored ribbons is required on all tie downs) Five 10 X 10 Tents water barrel tied down, all on concrete surface. (all tie downs will have a brightly colored ribbon installed halfway between stake and tent) The 40 x 100 Tent interior shall have secured floor and be completely carpeted with clean green outdoor carpet. Inside the tent shall be 200 white wedding chairs and 20 each 8’ – all matching tables – all of which must be in pristine condition – clean, free of any gouges, tape, dirt etc. 70 each 8’ tables – Surface will not be chipped, cracked or frail – tables will not “bow” and must be usable, neat and clean in appearance. Any wood tables cannot have any protruding wood or steel/aluminum. 20 each 6’ tables – cannot be chipped, cracked or frail – tables will not “bow” and must be usable, neat and clean in appearance. Any wood tables will not have any protruding wood or steel/aluminum. 300 Regular metal folding chairs without padding.
