Notice of Intent to Sole Source The 914th MSG/PK, Niagara Falls, NY, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation (ASC), 12612 Challenger PKWY STE 300, Orlando, Florida 32826-2700. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. AFRC has a service contract with Advantor, they are the only authorized alarm monitoring company authorized to service existing equipment. Advantor is the only company that can provide equipment that will communicate with existing base infrastructure. The 914th MSG/PK seeks to issue a sole source firm fixed price order to Advantor Systems Corporation via GSA Schedule GS-07F-39DA for the purchase and installation of the following: 1). Project Description: Fiber Optic Alarm Panel for the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Advantor Systems Corporation (ASC) shall provide and install Infraguard II Panel, Infratouch Keypad, HSS Magnetic Switches, Ceiling Mounted PIRS, duress button and all required system cabling and conduit. Advantor will also provide a design drawing and a post installation as built package in PDF format. 2). Advantor Systems Corporation (ASC) shall provide and install access control within Building 807 Room 148 and 150 to be connected to the existing account 5001 within the command post. Advantor shall provide the following products and services: Provide and install one (1) IG2 expansion panel to accommodate the added alarm points. Provide and install two (2) Card Reader Pin devices on the interior of Door 3 Room 150 and the interior of Door 4 in the command post. The intent is for the GFE Card reader pins on these doors to connect with the new devices for the ability to card in/out of the doors. Remove the GFE REX PIRs from Door 3 and Door 4 and turn them over to the command post. Provide and install an emergency release button within the mantrap area on Door 3. Provide and install all required system cabling and conduit. Provide and install the 120VAC connection from the client-provided breaker box to each Infraguard II ACS chassis. Provide a design drawing and a post installation as built package in PDF format. Perform a Contractor Verification Test. Terminate the emergency fire release cable connection to the ACS power supply.
