The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to award a contract for the AN/APR-39D(V)2 Radar Warning Receiver system and logistics and engineering support for Fiscal Years (FY) 2023 through 2028. This effort will include hardware production, engineering and technical services, aircraft integration, logistics support, test and evaluation support, retrofit, and related repairs as required. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
