The Government is conducting market research for existing and emerging software-enabled capabilities to improve air and missile defense planning, situational awareness, reporting, readiness and sustainment analysis, and decision support. Current workflows require consolidating information from multiple systems and manual processes, which increases workload and complicates collaborative planning across command-and-control organizations. The Government seeks commercial capabilities that improve authorized access to information, reduce manual reconciliation and reporting burden, and provide a more integrated operational picture. Desired solutions should support users across multiple echelons of command and control while preserving Government decision authority and existing authoritative command-and-control functions.
