Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform the dismantling, palletizing and transport of the DXX Tower No.1 steel framed tower. The desired result of these services is to clear spaces to allow PHNSY & IMF to use these spaces more effectively. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentative Performance Period is 01 July 2025 – 05 January 2026. The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 23910 – Site Preparation Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is P500: Salvage – Demolition of Structures/Facilities (other than buildings).
