This is a Sources Sought for vendors ability to host conference space for an event. - Facility shall be available 15 - 19 May 2023 in San Antonio, TX - Facility shall be capable of supporting up to 100 attendees including parking - Facility shall provide audio/video equipment and WiFi connectivity to the Internet - Facility shall be able to be secured at the NATO SECRET level for discussions - Facility shall provide at least two (2) break-out rooms for focused discussions Attached is a statement of need further detailing the requirements.
