1. This Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) supports the United States Army Garrison- Redstone (USAG- Redstone requirement entitled, “Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide for a full range of new construction, alterations, maintenance, repair, sustainment, restoration, and modernization services for the U.S. Army Garrison and the tenant organizations located at Redstone Arsenal (RSA).” The JOC is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside (SBSA) acquisition that supports the USAG-Redstone mission to maintain oversight of construction activities on RSA, providing unspecified minor military construction, lab revitalization, and other Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects for annual work plan execution projects as requested by the tenants and satellite activities of RSA. Potential projects include administrative facilities; base support and facility maintenance shops; child development centers; physical fitness centers; vehicle maintenance and engine repair shops; food service facilities; public safety facilities (police, fire, and crash rescue); airfield structures (including rigid and flexible paving); roads; ball fields; bridges; underground utilities; overhead utilities; gates; warehouses; auditoriums; and research, development, and testing facilities. The work may also include incidental design and testing, studies, and survey and abatement for lead based paint (LBP) and asbestos containing materials (ACM). Facility repairs, renovations and construction shall conform to the requirements of the technical criteria listed in the task order. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 236210 (Industrial Building Construction ; Business Size Standard: $45 Million. 3. Product Service Code: C1QA, Architect and Engineering – Construction: Restoration of Real Property (Public or Private). 4. Projected Period of Performance (PoP): 20 June 2025 through 19 June 2030 (one - year base ordering period with four one-year optional ordering periods). The PoP also includes a 6-month priced option extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. 5. Place of Performance: Redstone Arsenal (RSA)
