Amendment 5 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to RFIs received in response to this Sources Sought and Industry as well as provide the a copy of the sign in sheet from the Industry Day. SOURCES SOUGHT REV 4 - This revision has updated the location for the Industry Day and COVID relate precautions. Please see below. SOURCES SOUGHT REV 3 INDUSTRY DAY REPAIR/MODERNIZE MXG BLDG 1791 The purpose of this notice is to inform industry of an upcoming Industry Day, hosted by the 316th Wing, for the Repair/Modernize MXG Building 1791 on 5 November 2020 at 9:00am EST at the 89 MXG Bldg 1791, Corner of Arnold & G St.on Joint Base Andrews. The purpose of the industry day will be to provide industry more insight into the project requirements, contracting approach, answer questions from industry, receive feedback from industry on the SOW, and tour the facility. During the course of this Industry Day, the Government will provide information and answer questions to the best of its ability, however everything discussed during the Industry Day is NOTIONAL and NOT to be considered binding. Everything presented is subject to change or cancellation. There are no intentions to conduct one-on-one discussions, however the Government will accept RFIs resulting from the industry day until 4:00pm EST on 10 November 2020. This Industry Day and site visit will serve as the only site visit for this project. The briefings provided by the Government and the answers to any questions given during the briefing will be made available to all potential offerors following this Industry Day. Interested firms must email Ms. Anita Brown at anita.brown.ctr@us.af.mil and Ms. Shakima Slappey at shakima.slappey@us.af.mil confirming the desire to participate, and the names of those participating. There is a maximum of three (3) representatives per company that may attend. If access to Joint Base Andrews is needed, please complete the attached Base Access form for each participant and submit to Ms. Brown and Ms. Slappey no later than 12:00pm EST on 2 November 2020. Please note, late base access requests will not be accepted. Due to COVID-19 extra precautions will be taken; masks are mandatory for all participants and must be worn at all times.
