This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This SSN is seeking support required by The Organizational Management and Policy Directorate (O&MPD). This support shall provide effective professional support and assistance to the Government staff with programmatic activities, knowledge management, legislative support, training development and delivery, studies, research, program compliance and within-mission audit activities, as well as website, database, and information management applications/systems development and management, analysis, and administrative and security matters. This support will enhance the effectiveness of Government personnel in completing their missions. See attached SSN and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details as it pertains to the requirements of this request.
