The purpose of this notice is to post the justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3. The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (Reserve Integration) has a continuing need for Training, Assistance and Assessment Support Services provided under contract number HQ0034-19-C-0178 Spectrum Group Members LLC (Spectrum). The current contract was set to expire on March 27, 2025, and the Government extended the current contract period of performance (POP) for continuity of services. The extension was awarded as a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract type, with a total value of $1,140,589.51. The POP was extended from March 27, 2025, to June 27, 2025.
