Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Bridge Contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for Specialized Technical and Program Management Support Services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Critical Technologies (OASD(CT)). This contract was awarded sole source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.5, Sole Source (including brand name) acquisitions. This notice provides a copy of the approved justification in accordance with FAR 6.305(a) and (d)(1).
