DFAS IT Infrastructure Services requires this procurement to refresh end of life legacy network authentication control appliances and to provide annual maintenance coverage on the hardware obtained through this procurement. This procurement will modernize network access controls utilizing the Forescout 5100 Series hardware to complement existing deployed Comply-to-Connect capabilities and establish a Zero Trust Architecture in order to comply with •Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity, Section 3 ModernizingFederal Government Cybersecurity, •OMB Memo M-22-09, Moving the U.S. Government Toward Zero TrustCybersecurity Principles, January 26, 2022 •DOD CIO Memorandum, "National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 2017,Section 1653 Compliance, Information Security Continuous Monitoring,Implementing Comply-to-Connect Policy, and Limitations on Software Licensing,"10 July 2019, and •Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) TASKORD 21-0024. The hardware and associated maintenance support with this procurement must be supported by the manufacturer for a period of 5 years. The life cycle will ultimately be determined by the ability meet the requirements of the DOD Comply-to-ConnectC2C program and all DISA STIGs, IAVAs, and its compatibility with existing systems of the organization.
