The goal of the Platform will be to facilitate connections and collaboration between DFAS HR and job seekers (passive and active), providing a Platform to discuss internships and career opportunities. Additionally, it will offer comprehensive and equitable recruitment solutions through a variety of multimedia platforms such as job boards, virtual recruitment fairs, and messaging campaigns. The aim is to connect DFAS with passive and active career seekers, new and experienced talent from diverse backgrounds, from colleges/universities, associations, and organizations.
