It is a 12 month requirement, estimated from October 2023 - September 2024. Pentaho is a commercial software product that is used to extract, translate and load data. Pentaho is used to support Defense Retiree and Annuitant System (DRAS) production payroll applications. The Defense MilPay Office (DMO) – ZTB uses Pentaho software to support Business Intelligence (BI) COGNOS reporting. In order to continue to use Pentaho, DFAS must renew the Pentaho licenses at the beginning of each fiscal year. Hitachi Vantara owns Pentaho.
