The total estimated maximum quantity over the three years is 149,400 pairs, with a guaranteed minimum of 10,152 pairs. All items must be delivered FOB destination to the Pendergrass Distribution Center in Pendergrass, Georgia, and production lead times for standard sizes are 120 days.
