Requirement for computer headsets with passive noise reduction with the following specifications: - Dual, over-the-ear "ear muff style" - Passive noise reduction only -- solution shall not contain a noise-canceling functionality. "Active noise canceling is not authorized and shall be excluded from all results" - Noise suppression with a documented noise reduction rating (NRR) of 15 decibels (15dB) or greater -- this is a key performance parameter (KPP) and best-value criteria. - Push-to-talk (PTT) capability physically wired in-line with the headset.
