Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 4:00PM on 20 November 2024. Written responses to this RFI shall be submitted NLT 4:00 PM on 05 December 2024. Any response received to this RFI constitutes consent for the submission to be reviewed by military personnel, Government civilians, Department of Defense (DoD) Contractors, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, OR INVITATION FOR BIDS, NOR DOES ITS ISSUANCE OBLIGATE OR RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO AN EVENTUAL ACQUISITION APPROACH.
