See attached "Request for Information - Alternate Antenna", for additional details. Written responses to this RFI shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 4:00 PM EDT on 31 May 2024. Any response received to this is RFI constitutes consent for the submission to be reviewed by military personnel, Government civilians, Department of Defense (DoD) Contractors, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, OR INVITATION FOR BIDS, NOR DOES ITS ISSUANCE OBLIGATE OR RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO AN EVENTUAL ACQUISITION APPROACH.
