This objective of this requirement is to procure on a sole source basis, permission for American Forces Network (AFN) to broadcast each program or portions of programs that fall within the scope of Entertainment Associates brand name television (TV) programming that are limited to such rights as Entertainment Associates may actually have upon the date a request for permission to record and/or distribute such program is granted, titles of which include but are not limited to: Yu-Gi-Oh Vrains, Skylanders Academy, Bajillionaires, Creeped Out, Polly Pocket, Hero Elementary, Blitz & Bob, Danger Mouse, Can You Imagine That?, Dino Ranch, Hiccup & Sneeze, Strawberry Shortcake’s Berry Bitty Adventures, Kuu Kuu Harajuku, Super Monsters, Stan Lee’s Superhero Kindergarten, and the World Without You. This purchase of the television programming is to enable the American Forces Network – Broadcast Center (AFN-BC) to support the AFN mission. AFN currently support troops around the world and afloat. Entertainment Associates brand name products include but is not limited to non-gratis programming such as the Max and Ruby and Mike the Knight and other programs that can be mutually agreed upon.
