The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all items listed below. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required items. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. **This is a new requirement. There is not an incumbent.** The objective of this requirement is to procure services from qualified industry professionals to measure organizational performance. The Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency (AFMAA) has undergone several organizational changes and requires an external assessment of performance to ensure work being accomplished aligns with the mission and vision of the organization. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide a completed Jagged Profile Assessment of AFMAA to the AFMAA Commander, which will include a final report and presentation to the Commander and other AFMAA leadership. Please see the attached DRAFT SOW for further details on the requirement.
