The objective of this potential effort is to develop a Data Staging Tool to aid KC-46 mission planners with the challenge of managing, staging, and validating the vast amount of required Data Transfer Device (DTD) files prior to loading to an aircraft. The Data Staging Tool is intended to stage, validate and authenticate required DTD files to eliminate man-hours and increase information assurance. This RFI is seeking your insight on your capabilities concerning the Data Staging Tool development. See attached.
