In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Government is conducting market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources. This Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals, and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information herein is subject to change, and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract. ALFCMC/XA intends to solicit an Indefinite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) multiple-award contract to establish a group of qualified vendors for Digital Engineering, MS&A, and Synthetic Test and Training efforts. The synthetic training category will include development of the Common Synthetic Training Environment (CSTE) efforts discussed in past RFIs posted on SAM.gov (Notice IDs AFLCMC-XA-CSTE-ID and AFLCMC-XA-RFI-06212021).
