The 763d Specialized Contract Squadron (763 SCONS) is seeking market information for potential sources capable of providing Commercial Operations Future Operating Environment functional, technical, and analytical support. This support is necessary to ensure that assessments and analysis are conducted, and recommendations are made in the development of the long-term strategic outlook needed for the viability and effective operation of the DoD Commercial Airlift program, including the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) through the year 2030.
