The government anticipates a future Firm Fixed Price award (base and four option years) in Summer CY24. The objective of this contract is to provide operational and technical support to aid leadership at Headquarters, United States Air Force HQ USAF in providing for the defense of the United States and allies/coalition partner nations. To accomplish this objective, the A3T must maintain the correct mix of experienced subject matter experts and capacity to meet HQ USAF, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) tasks and US Congressional inquiries. The Contractor shall ensure Contractor personnel take action to fully integrate into the Air Advisor and Ready Airman Training Program staff (A3TM) creating a seamless Government-Contractor team. The Contractor shall manage contractor personnel. The Contractor shall interface and perform technical and programmatic liaison support with the Air Staff, the Under Secretary of the Air Force Staff (USECAF), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), the Joint Staff (JS), the Joint Center for International Security Force Assistance (JCISFA), other Services, Unified Commands, Geographic Combatant Commands, Major Commands (MAJCOM), numbered Air Forces, appropriate Wings and sub-organizations, Program Offices, and other organizations conducting or interfacing with program or system requirements, operations, planning RDT&E, and system acquisition and sustainment
