The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Human Resources Systems Division Acquisition Planning Branch (HIHP) at JBSA Randolph, TX is seeking capabilities statements to gain knowledge of industry capabilities regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software as a Service (SaaS). The information gathered is intended to be used as part of market research for potential current and future enterprise capabilities. This is a market research survey to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software as a Service (SaaS) systems provide customer engagement capabilities for all AF service members. CRM-SaaS is used by AF Total Force as well as dependents and civilians to view and submit Talent Management questions and applications. The basic capabilities for an Air Force CRM-SaaS platform include: Cybersecurity - SaaS FedRAMP Moderate or High Authority to Operate (ATO) and IL4 Provisional Authorizations issued by DISA - Support for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) High with a High Privacy Security Control Overlay - Rapid ATO strategy based on red team penetration testing Cloud Efficiency and Effectiveness - Cloud-based CRM-SaaS on a highly scalable platform capable of supporting up to 500K users - Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) platform; no software, no hardware required - Configured apps built with clicks, not code - Highly intuitive user interface results in limited training for non-admins Speed and Agility - Availability of multiple sandboxes that allow customer organizations to configure solutions without requiring assistance or support - Common, free training and education on the platform so Airmen can support and configure without expensive support personnel Mobility - Integrated, out-of-the-box mobile availability - Ability to seamlessly deliver all platform capabilities in a single mobile app without custom code - Instant access to applications from all devices (laptops, phones, tablets, iOS & Android) Automation - Automated workflows - Automated support and Help Desk Capabilities - Automated notifications The CRM-SaaS team is using this notice to find potential sources that may provide capabilities to meet stated needs. All interested and qualified sources, including small businesses, are encouraged to respond. Responses are limited to not exceed 3 pages. In your response, please include: a. Company Name and Address b. Point of Contact for questions and/or clarifications to include telephone numbers and E-mail address c. Company Business size for NAICS Code 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services d. Identify participation in HubZone Small Business, 8(a) participation, Veteran- Owned Small Business (VSOB), Service-Disabled Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business, or Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Business e. Small Business Graduation Date, Company Size, and average annual revenue f. List multiple CRM-SaaS contracts of similar AF/DoD size and complexity that your company holds g. Identify if company is listed on AF/DoD Enterprise Software Initiative Blanket Purchase Agreement h. Identify licensing cost model to support up to 500K operational users (fully burdened per user cost that includes all SaaS components that meet above requirements - to include data exchanges into/out of cloud environments) i.
