No further changes. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit responses from the telecommunications industry for commercial cellular deployment on Air Force property. The RFQ solicitation for this consolidated Phase 3 implementation, will consist of 46 installations across 24 states: Florida, Virginia, California, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Michigan, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, Montana, Delaware, Washington, New Jersey, Arkansas, Kansas, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, Alaska, Maryland, New York, and Ohio.
