The Government is accepting proposals from private and public interest in executing the anticipated requirements outlined in the attached Request for Lease Proposal (AFCEC-21-R-0003), in entering into a long-term ground lease to lease all or a portion of that certain real property located at Wright-Patterson AFB. This is an active military installation located in Dayton, Greene and Montgomery Counties, Ohio comprised of approximately forty-six (46) acres of land from the Government for the purposes of financing, permitting, developing, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining, and operating improvements upon the Property for the Lessee’s private commercial (non-Federal government) use.
