The Department of the Air Force is seeking proposals to lease underutilized land for the development of private commercial AI data centers. The properties are located at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Eielson Air Force Base, and Clear Space Force Station in Alaska. Offerors can propose projects for one or more of these installations and are not required to include the sale of services or power to the government in their concepts. The government will provide monetary consideration in exchange for the lease, with the amount to be not less than the fair market value. Selected offerors will enter into lease negotiations for a long-term ground lease.
