The 36th Contracting Squadron (CONS) desires to contract with Architect-Engineer (A&E) firms in support of the Air Force’s Design and Construction mission. We anticipate awarding three (3) Multi-Discipline Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts to provide Architectural-Engineering (A-E) Services as required for Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, as well as, potentially, other Department of Defense agencies within Joint Region Marianas. Each IDIQ Contract awarded will have an estimated ceiling of $3M. This requirement is set aside for HUBZone certified firms under NAICS 541330 with a size standard of $16.5M.
