The contractor shall provide personnel, supervision, and other services necessary to provide operational support for 1 SOW units and other duties as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with pertinent directives, to support operations for AFSOC units at Hurlburt Field, FL. The 1st Special Operations Wing (1 SOW) requests contract support in aircrew flight equipment. Due to continuous contingency, deployment commitments, and general draw-down in support personnel at the squadron level, 1 SOW is in need of operations support in order to continue to meet contingency commitments. The primary purpose of this task is to serve as a squadron aircrew flight equipment contractor. The contractors will provide aircrew flight equipment support to the 1st Special Operations Support Squadron (1 SOSS). The contractors will be working in the 1 SOSS or in squadrons as directed by the 1 SOSS.
