The 355 Contracting Squadron (CONS) desires to contract with Architect-Engineer (A/E) firms in support of the Air Force’s Design and Construction mission. We anticipate awarding approximately three Multi-Discipline Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts to provide Architectural-Engineering (A-E) Services as required for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona, as well as, potentially, other Department of Defense agencies within 150 miles of the Tucson Metropolitan area. Each IDIQ Contract awarded will have an estimated ceiling of $4.5M. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541330 with a size standard of $16.5M. Primary technical services shall be performed by individuals who are credentialed members of architectural, planning, science, and engineering professions. Disciplines include, but are not limited to, architects, engineering disciplines typically associated with design and construction, fire protection engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, cost estimators, specification writers, Computer Assisted Design and Drafting (CADD) technicians, publication writers/editors, technical writers, graphic artists, Geographic Information System (GIS) analysts, planners, urban designers, economists, and financial analysts. Generally, a credentialed professional (a) is licensed (e.g., registered professional engineer) to practice in the state of Arizona and (b) commands the necessary expertise, in terms of knowledge and experience, to undertake the specified task to be identified at the task order level.
