The Government is seeking to establish a pool of qualified Architectural and Engineering firms through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract procured under the Brooks Act. This is a qualifications-based selection process, not a request for proposals, and no funds are currently available. Firms must submit their SF-330 qualification packages via a specified email address to be considered for selection. Once the most highly qualified firms are selected, they will receive a Statement of Work and a Request for Proposal. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
