Rental of Hangar, Office Space, and Snowmobile Storage Arctic Edge 22 The vendor shall lease three (3) separate facilities. This is a lease of office space, hangar, and snowmobile storage for an estimated 30 days on or around 18 February 2022 – 20 March 2022 in the vicinity of Fairbanks Alaska 99703. Hangar Space The hangar shall be 100ft by 150ft with a minimum door opening of 28ft tall by 65ft wide The hangar shall be climate controlled The hangar shall have latrines, potable water source, and daily trash service for approxmentaly 40 personnel. This space will be leased for 30 days from 18 Feb 2022 through 20 March 2022 Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Office Space Office Space shall be at least 4,600 sqft Office Space will be leased for 30 days from 18 Feb 2022 through 20 March 2022 Must be able to accomadate a minium of 40 personnel up to a maxium of 75 personnel Must be adjacent or close to the above mentioned hangar. Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Snowmobile Storage Must be adjacent to the above mentioned hangar Shall be able to support the storage of 50 snowmobiles Site shall have a fence or enclosed area to provide security for the snowmobiles Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Space will be leased for 30 days from 18 Feb 2022 through 20 March 2022
