This requirement is solicited a small business set aside competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $35M. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. BASIS OF CONTRACT AWARD: This is a competitive action in which award shall be made to the best value quote. List of Appendices/Attachments: Attachment 1: Specific Characteristics Attachment 2: Pricing Schedule The vendor shall lease five (5) tent heaters. This is a rental of tent heaters from 16 February 2022 to 22 March 2022. This requirement shall include all work, labor, materials, and equipment required to provide delivery and pickup from five (5) separate locations in the vicinity of Fairbanks, Alaska 99703 and Anchorage Alaska 99506. Exact locations will be provided before award. The awardee will be responsible for all maintenance and fuel to power the generator sets for the duration of the exercise. Heater Specifications Heaters shall be capable of providing a minimum of 150,000 up to 180,000 BTU/H (52.7 kW) of clean, heated air from outside of the tent through ducts Air Duct opening is scalable up to a maximum of 20 inches in diameter Minimum tank capacity shall be 20 gallons Heaters should be powered by 110 VAC, 60Hz Heaters should burn JP5 or JP8 fuel Additional Specifications Delivery: To be delivered on 16 February 2022 between the hours of 0800-1600.
