Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation from 23 November at 11pm AST to 6 December 2021 at 11pm AST AMENDMENT 1: ---The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received to clarify the COMBO: Q: Can you please let me know how many hours per day each generator will be running so we can calculate the fuel needed to run the generators. A: Depending on the weather, they could be potentially run 24/7 in order to power the winterization components on the vehicles. The vendor shall lease sixteen (16) commercial grade generators. This is a rental of the generators is from 21 February 2022 to 20 March 2022. This requirement shall include all work, labor, materials, and equipment required to provide delivery and pickup from three (3) separate locations in the vicinity of Fairbanks, Alaska 99703 exact locations will be provided before award. The awardee will be responsible for all maintenance and fuel to power the generator sets for the duration of the exercise. Solicitation AE-2022-00004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is solicited a small business set aside competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $35M. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Part 2- Technical details – Submit one (1) copy of proposed equipment specification/product sheets. Additional Specifications Delivery: To be delivered on 21 February 2022 between 0900-1700. A contact will be provided at the time of award. Pick up: Heaters shall be picked up 20 March 2022 between the hours of 0900-1700. Sites are accessible by a road system and will require the ability to access a military base Terms of Exchange or Relocation: All unserviceable items in the temporary maintenance facility shall be replaced within 24 hours to working order. Vendor shall provide a 24 hour point of contact for all maintenance/repairs/replacement for shelter and associated equipment.
