Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) has a requirement for two hundred and four (204) FilmArray ® Global Fever Panels – RUO (Research Use Only) kits for the Naval Medical Research Unit Six (NAMRU-6), located in Lima, Peru. The panels shall be compliant with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements to market and deliver medical products for use in the United States of America, even though delivery is requested outside of the United States. The claims made for the product shall comply with the regulations of the FDA with respect to products for marketing and delivery of a medical product for use in the United States of America, even though delivery is requested outside of the United States. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the acquisition shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The contractor shall ship one hundred and two (102) global fever panels as soon as contract is issued to contractor. A second batch of one hundred and two (102) global fever panels will be shipped four months after receipt of the first shipment. Delivery must be by air, due to the delicate nature of the equipment and pouches. Shipment needs to arrive to Jorge Chavez International Airport, in Callao, Peru.
